If you already have the product name in mind, simply type it on the search facility and we will help you find everything related to your search content. Alternatively, you may search for a product at your own pace by browsing through the categories at the top of the web-page and then filter what you are looking for by clicking on the drop-down menu based on tops / bottoms / dresses, etc.

Do you only transact in US Dollars?

We try our best to publish as much information as possible about our products in terms of measurement, detailed description with fabric type and most importantly, more images to aid your shopping process. However, should you need additional information, please feel free to contact our customer care, quoting the product name and code and we will gladly assist you.
Can I order by phone?
Unfortunately, we do not take orders over the phone at this time. However, you may order directly from our online website or on your smartphone.
Do you restock items?
We carry items in limited quantities and sizes; some tend to sell-out quickly. Feel free to email us to check if we will be getting more in.
What are the payment methods?
We accept all major credit cards, as well as PayPal. The PayPal transaction charges are fully borne by us. Please be rest assured that your details will be safe with us as we take online shopping security very seriously.

Using PayPal is free. You do not need a PayPal account to use their service, but you do need a valid email address and credit card. PayPal is a trusted leader in online payments and helps protect your credit information with industry-leading security and fraud preventive systems.

How do I use a discount / coupon code for my order?
You are required to create an account with us in order to enjoy the discount code. Upon checkout, make sure that you type in the correct discount code into the 'Coupon Code' box of the webpage and hit 'Apply Coupon' to utilize the discount given.
However, if the discount code is not applied at the moment upon checkout, we are not able to revise your grand total amount manually or refund the balance to you. Nonetheless, you can still use the discount code for your subsequent order. Feel free to contact us should you require further assistance.
I have just ordered online. Can I amend or cancel it?
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately stating your order number as the email subject. We process orders very quickly, and once our warehouse has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes.
My order has been voided. Can I still make payment?
Orders will be regarded as void if payment is not received within 24 hours. We are not able to reinstate your order, hence if you wish to secure the original item(s), you will need to repurchase the item(s) from the website and ensure prompt payment is made.
Where is my order confirmation?
Once you made your purchase, you will receive an email confirmation to the email address you entered on your order. If for some reason, you did not receive an email, please check your spam folder and add email@example.com to your safe sender list.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Has my order been shipped out yet?
Most orders will be shipped within 2 business days of purchase. Shipping times may vary due to availability of merchandise. We dispatch all orders from Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays. We will inform you if the merchandise you have selected is currently out of stock. As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive a notification email from us.

We offer free express shipping for all shoppers who reside in Malaysia. Delivery will take approximately 1-3 business days.
International shipping (with tracking) ships at a flat rate of $10. International delivery takes approximately 7-10 business days depending on customs clearance. All international orders over $80 receive free shipping worldwide, with tracking information.
What happens should there be something wrong with my order?
If you have any missing item(s) from your order, kindly email us and we will rectify it accordingly, either by sending out the right item(s) or issuing a full refund if the requested item is no longer in stockist.
Should there be a faulty item or any dissatisfaction, kindly notify us and we will handle it on per case basis.
About taxes and customs duties…
All applicable customs fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
What is your return policy?
All eligible NEW items may be refunded or exchanged within 14-days of receipt. At this time, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following items:

What is your return procedure?
All returned items must include their original packaging, tags and invoice. Items that do not meet these criteria are non-returnable, and will be denied.
If your item(s) are eligible for return or exchange, please contact us with:
1. the order number (can be found on the top of your invoice)
2. tracking information
3. reason for return/exchange.
Shipping fees associated with making returns or exchanges are the responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded. We will not be responsible for shipping fees or lost returns.
How long does it take to process a refund?
Once we have received your returned parcel, your refund will be processed within 7 business days. You will be notified via email at the email address that you register when your order was placed. Please note that your banking / credit card institution may require additional days to process the transaction to your account.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
How do I exchange?
Simply place a new order online and please contact us stating your old and new order number and tracking information for the returned item.
